House Rules

To ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful stay for everyone, please read and comply with these rules. They aim to preserve the quality of your stay as well as the integrity of the property and its equipment.

1. Rental Period

  • The accommodation is rented for the period defined in your rental agreement, as stated at the time of booking.
  • No right to remain on the premises may be claimed beyond this period.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is from 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out must take place before 10:00 a.m.
  • Final cleaning must be done before the check-out time.
  • A property inspection will be carried out on the day of departure.

3. Number of Guests

  • The accommodation is designed to host a maximum of 6 people.
  • The main tenant, who made the booking, is responsible for the behavior and compliance of all occupants with these rules.

4. Provided Equipment

  • The house is equipped with full bedding (mattresses, bed bases, duvets, pillows, and blankets).
  • The use of fitted sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers is mandatory.
  • Failure to comply may result in cleaning fees being deducted for mattresses, mattress protectors, or duvets.

5. Use of the Premises

  • All furniture and equipment are at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and use them carefully.
  • Water, electricity, and heating consumption are included in the price.
    However, please act responsibly:
    o    Turn off lights when leaving a room.
    o    Do not let water run unnecessarily.
    o    Close doors and windows when using heating or air conditioning.
  • Do not throw anything in the toilets and only use products suitable for a septic tank.
  • The doors to the property must always be locked when you are away. You are responsible for any theft or damage resulting from failure to follow this rule.

6. Swimming Pool

The owners remind guests that the pool is not supervised.
Responsibility for supervision rests solely with the adults staying in the property.

  • Every user must have liability insurance coverage.
  • The owners accept no responsibility in case of an accident.
  • Access to the pool is strictly forbidden to children under 16 unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Babies must wear special swimming diapers and be supervised by an adult who can swim.

It is forbidden to:

  • Use soap, shampoo, or any similar product in the pool.
  • Urinate or throw objects into the water.
  • Run around the pool, dive, push, or throw someone into the water.
  • Access the technical room or handle electrical installations.
  • Eat, drink, or smoke in the pool.

Any damage to the equipment or facilities will be charged to the responsible guest.

7. Safety and Quiet Enjoyment

  • Please respect the tranquility of the property and the neighborhood.
    Noise levels, both indoors and outdoors, must remain moderate.
  • Noise disturbances are strictly prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  • Pets are not allowed in the property.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors. Ashtrays are available outside.
  • Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.

8. Cleaning

Cleaning service is included as part of your booking. It begins at 10:00 a.m. The house must be completely vacated and accessible during cleaning, which lasts about four hours.

  • Dishes must be cleaned and put away.
  • The stove, oven, and barbecue must be left clean.
  • Indoor and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original location.
  • No littering is allowed: please use the provided bins.

No refund or third-party intervention will be accepted without our prior consent.
